About Instructor

Lauren Jackson

Lauren Jackson grew up in a Christian home in Texas. After high school, he briefly attended Oklahoma Baptist College before transferring to Commonwealth Baptist College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Ministries. He currently serves as an assistant paster at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida, overseeing both the bus and deaf ministries while also serving as a college instructor at North Florida Baptist College. He has a passion for reaching deaf people and is currently finishing up an Associate of Arts degree in American Sign Language/English Interpreting at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
